Aly and Megan met in 2018 when Aly blessed Megan with her first brow appointment. They had an instant connection and it launched Megan into the esthetics industry. Jenna and Aly met in 2021 through work when Aly trained Jenna. They formed a friendship through their mutual love of brows and skincare education. Jenna and Aly warmly welcomed Megan into their circle, in 2022, when she started practicing esthetics. When we all came together we realized we had a similar vision for our futures and careers, we were like minded individuals with similar goals and wanted to work hard to make it a reality. We all prioritized ethics and education in the industry. In November of 2022, a coffee date turned into making this vision come to life. Less than a year later we were opening the door to our dream space. Shortly after opening, Brie reached out and we all knew she would be a perfect fit to the Refine team.
